I stopped at BMW Fort Washington with no appointment bc I was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. He arranged a ride for me home and t was having an emergency. I met Rich Lanci the service manager who assisted me and made sure I was taken care of. What a service department at BMW Fort Washington! As soon as you drop off your vehicle to when you pick it up. It was my first time dropping my parents car off for service, and I am very happy with the experience and can’t wait to tell my friends to bring their cars in to experience what I experienced. More
