I got my car from this location a few years ago and I always get my oil changes and service repairs here as well and I love the customer service. Had steering wheel replaced with an aftermarket brand. Drove home afterwards and found horn did not function, also they did not reset my clock or oil change indicator. So I take it back in and found out something was missing on the new steering wheel I was never told about this when I first picked up the car That tells me that it was not tested. So I got charged for diagnostic, to figure why the horn didn't work????? I paid the bill and I will never go back to their So called service dept. again More
