For the price you charge, I would expect top notch technicians. Every time I get my car back there are things missed (or deliberately done!). I have missing lug nuts, and valve stem caps. Is the dealership going to replace them? Not likely!! I’ve sent many people to the dealership in the past but not any more!!!
