I had so much bad experience. They lost my car’s bottom engine plate and nobody notified me about it. Now they are blaming us that I lost it. Now they don’t wanna fix it at all. Every time I ask Albert to show me the car he said it’s in storage. He made me test drive another car and said they all drive the same. The car was shown to me after I signed it’s too big for me I did voic in storage. He made me test drive another car and said they all drive the same. The car was shown to me after I signed it’s too big for me I did voice this to him and was told to wait I will get used to the car I still don’t like it and the monthly payments was different from what I agreed on and Albert said it’s 36 months now I’m seeing 39 I will never recommend valley steam to anyone. I would like my original monthly payment that I agreed on I paid $3500 to get $489 per month for 36. This is truly unacceptable More
