I came in to test drive a civic and get some numbers (trade in value and total cost of new car) and was upfront about my intention on not buying anything that day but that I'd sit on the numbers and cal (trade in value and total cost of new car) and was upfront about my intention on not buying anything that day but that I'd sit on the numbers and call back with a decision. My sales representative was respectful of this and did not try to push a sale on me, and was very open and honest about pricing. I ultimately decided to trade in and purchase a new vehicle and the process went well without issue.
