The quality of work is fine and there isn't excessive pressure to do work that isn't essential. I dropped the car off at 8:45 for an oil change and tire rotation. I requested a noon pick up and was told "I will do my best." I was hopeful but the vehicle wasn't ready until 4. Dave was patient and courteous at pick-up time. A good experience overall except that a quicker turn around time for straightforward service visits would be much appreciated. More
