Hi, everyone! I’m Frank, a Service Advisor here at Rallye BMW. I have been working in the automotive industry for 20 years; joined the Rallye dealership in 2014. Known for my big personality and willingness to go that extra mile for every customer. I am ASE certified in electrical, engine, and fuel systems. I have been a trained automotive technician for over 20 years, and continue to learn more about the latest technologies and advancements. I arrived at 7 am frank sat with me asked me what my car needed wrote everything down stood with me until another employee came over to provide me with a loaner I was in and out within 15 minutes and made it to work on time! Service is always great here!! More

Thank you Frankie! I am always nervous when going to a dealership. I have had so many bad experiences, ranging from accidental scratches and damages at the dealer, to ne I am always nervous when going to a dealership. I have had so many bad experiences, ranging from accidental scratches and damages at the dealer, to new problems arising, to the original problem being ignored. Frank Trotta not only addressed ALL my concerns, but he did it with full empathy, care and understanding, as if he was my brother, a caring family member.
