Known for my big personality and willingness to go that extra mile for every customer. I am ASE certified in electrical, engine, and fuel systems. I have been a trained automotive technician for over 20 years, and continue to learn more about the latest technologies and advancements. Thank you Frankie! I am always nervous when going to a dealership. I have had so many bad experiences, ranging from accidental scratches and damages at the dealer, to ne I am always nervous when going to a dealership. I have had so many bad experiences, ranging from accidental scratches and damages at the dealer, to new problems arising, to the original problem being ignored. Frank Trotta not only addressed ALL my concerns, but he did it with full empathy, care and understanding, as if he was my brother, a caring family member.
