Daniel totally ignored call after call text after text. I did not hear from him for 48 hours. I was told my extended warranty was a scam. My oil was 2 quarts low. I had written I need a oil change. The service department is a very frustrating experience. It's nearly impossible to get someone to answer or return a phone call. They only text and, in this last service, my person did not respond to te It's nearly impossible to get someone to answer or return a phone call. They only text and, in this last service, my person did not respond to texts promptly, if at all. I finally had to go to AI to find a phone number to the service department that someone would answer and after several minutes, got ahold of the manager and explained that I had gone an entire day with no update on my car despite numerous requests. She told me that the service adviser left early for the day. I would think someone would return text messages for her if she is gone early. After I finally got my car back and part of the service was an alignment, the car is still pulling to the right. I contacted the service person and let them know that I wanted a refund for the alignment and I would get it done right somewhere else. she said she would check on that. That was 2 days ago and I have not heard back. This service experience is so bad, that despite liking the car, I doubt I would ever buy another Genesis. More
