My vehicle was in for service when I went through th I purchased my third BMW from Otto's, and once again was blown away by any and all expectations. My vehicle was in for service when I went through the process of trading in for another vehicle. As always, the service staff kept me in the loop on every step. Frank went through every question I had on my X5, and was able to identify the root cause in a quick and timely manner. The service staff always gets to the bottom of any concern, big or small, and never leaves you in the dark. I always feel that my needs are met and exceeded. This professionalism is why I continue to come back to Otto's. The after-sales experience is just as important as the sales process. Otto's BMW always treats you with respect, and explains everything that is being done and why. They do so in a way that is easy to understand, even if you are not familiar with the issue. My sales experience when going to my X5 to an M340i was once again professional, simple, and hassle-free. Purchasing a vehicle is definitely daunting, but when there is a trust between the customer and the dealership, you definitely feel at ease. Ian Welsh went above and beyond to make sure the process was transparent and customer-centric. This is my third BMW, and each time I've dealt with Ian. I have never felt pressured or in the dark during the sales process. Ian and the entire management team took care of everything for me. From the initial test-drive to pulling off the lot, I thoroughly enjoy the purchasing experience. Ian always makes certain that everything is in order prior to arriving. He explains all of the paperwork, and if you have a question or need clarification, these are immediately addressed. Prior to purchasing my first BMW from Otto's, I stopped at another BMW dealership closer to my home. While it was not a negative experience, I prefer driving the extra distance to Otto's. As I stated above, the relaxed atmosphere at Otto's really sets them apart from any other dealership. They treat you very well, and do not play the typical "games" that everyone dreads when purchasing a vehicle. Being on my third BMW from Otto's, I can unequivocally say that I will never go anywhere else. If you want outstanding customer service, transparency, and to feel at ease when purchasing or servicing your vehicle...then you need to go to Otto's BMW. I cannot thank them enough for treating me with respect and always catering to my needs. More

Mohammand our BMW GENIUS was and continues to be OUTSTANDING. Of all the vehicle purchases we have completed ( new, used, BMW, MB and other brands), this is the first "DELIVERY Experence" I've had. New Car Manager Kevin Mahoney, met us at the front desk of the dealership and greeted us. 4. Finance Person, John Keenan who did OVERTIME...pass 6pm... to get our closing paperwork and tags done. 5. The absolute best! The X5 I just bought from Otto’s is my third car from this dealership. I broke the ice with a 335, went with a 650i next and now the X5. Wilmer Rodriguez, Dan Stangl, Ethan Lilly and Noel Montesano treated us like royalty! I can’t say enough for the lengths they went to ensure my satisfaction. The service department is also exceptional. Frank Adinolfi has always been genuinely interested in any concerns I’ve had. These employees actually seem to live and breath these cars.
