I was able to get a good rate and he was also able to get my extended warranty extended even more. It was a seamless process I believe I was in and out with everything done, i.e insurance, registration and everything in about 3 hours. That includes an approximately 10 minute test drive. I would recommend Napoli Nissan in Milford, they are professional and caring. More

When I called unlike most Nissan and other brand dealers they allowed me to speak to the sales manager like I requested because I knew a salesperson would have to only go to a sales manager to get the answe they allowed me to speak to the sales manager like I requested because I knew a salesperson would have to only go to a sales manager to get the answers I needed. They did not however tell me other options that they had other vehicles that I would have been happier with. I found they did have other colors after I sealed the deal on the color I didn't really want. I would say they're one of the better dealers but they could have done a better job on finding what I really needed and wanted there's nothing I can do about it now. When this lease is up I will not keep the vehicle like plan because it's not really what I wanted. More
