I appreciate the hard work and dedication to customer service that was provided by the staff of Ganley Ford. Franco and I briefly discussed my needs, he provided me options that we quickly narrowed down. service that was provided by the staff of Ganley Ford. Franco and I briefly discussed my needs, he provided me options that we quickly narrowed down. The team had me in and out with the car in about 2 hours, including the test drive. Craig remained professional, even when technology wasn't cooperating, and moved me through the signing in a timely manner. Special mention to Desmond, who, though he was not directly involved in the sale, made great conversation when Franco had to step away to process the application. Keep doing great work, Ganley Ford!
