I felt everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with all aspects of my purchase. I was especially grateful that I was provided the opportunity to drive an Escape for a few days before deciding on a vehicle purchase to make sure I would like driving an SUV rather than a car which I have always driven. This enabled me to know which features I really wanted before making my final decision. I love my Ford Escape Titanium!! More

Smooth Purchase Process! We've bought a few cars previously from various dealers and this was the easiest and smoothest sales deal we've done. The vehicle they advertised was We've bought a few cars previously from various dealers and this was the easiest and smoothest sales deal we've done. The vehicle they advertised was in stock, they made the necessary arrangements to accommodate our schedule with a late evening test drive of a few engine options that allowed us to make the right choice, and the best part was the cars were upfront with plates when we arrived. They handled the appraisal of our trade while we test drove the car(s) and had a lot of the paperwork ready for the deal. Quick in/out, finance options were good and there wasn't the overly aggressive sales pitch for adders at the end of the deal which was refreshing! More

Best dealership experience in my lifetime I found Franco and crew online via CarGuru or Edmunds. They were immediately responsive, offered great advice and information and no one in a 500 mile I found Franco and crew online via CarGuru or Edmunds. They were immediately responsive, offered great advice and information and no one in a 500 mile radius of my home in Columbus, Ohio, could beat their deal. I didn't feel like prey when I walked in. I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and always helpful employees. Their finance department finished the deal with a rate untouchable by anyone else. It's clear they are in business for the long haul. I will always go back to them, despite the 2 hour drive. That drive saved me just about 4K off the price! More
