Amazing customer service! Great overall experience! I was in and out in less than an hour and all of the employees than served me were so helpful! Christian R. helped me quickl Great overall experience! I was in and out in less than an hour and all of the employees than served me were so helpful! Christian R. helped me quickly find a car that I absolutely fell in love with! He, with the help of his boss Gary, were able to get me a great deal on my car and a fair price for my trade in. I am a first time buyer and was uncertain about whether or not I would be able to get the car that I wanted but they made it happen. I was dreading the paperwork the most because I heard it was very time consuming and confusing but Fernando, the finance manager, was able to help me very quickly and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I will definitely be recommending this dealership and these salespeople to anyone that needs to buy a car! More

I particular suggest that you bypass him and go to another salesman. (Frank Nelson) is a con Artist liar you can lie to me but don't like to my wife. Don't promise !!!!!! What you can't provide not only that but to get another sales person involved without their knowledge of what you were trying to do; just to sell a car was uncalled for. This was a sad thing to do, giving us the runaround week after week. Lying week after week. You have promised me a different type of license plate holder for my 2017 charger so I didn't have to make holes on the front bumper you also promised me an extra tank of gas which I did not get !!!!!!! Carl Burger Dodge? Is this is the type of sales rep you want representing your company !! And to say that he is a VIP working in your office should have better knowledge of having a good customer service !!!!!representing your company. I can tell you this I have brought two cars from you guys in the last year I will never go back to your dealer to buy another car until the situation is fixed. Don't promise what you get not give. New truck purchase Salesman's (Patrick Moot) attitude and help was the reason I purchased the truck. The Manager (Gary) was arrogant, and not helpful in the least; insi Salesman's (Patrick Moot) attitude and help was the reason I purchased the truck. The Manager (Gary) was arrogant, and not helpful in the least; insisted I needed to produce a copy of my DD214 in order to get the Military Discount; this is after I informed them this document (and copies) had been lost in my garage fire. I carry my retired Military ID card but was told it had to be the dd214 (there are other documents that work as well), or I couldn't get the discount of $500. His attitude, and manner caused me to lose my temper and was ready to walk out. I was so angry that when my wife started telling me to calm down, I lost it and told her to shut-up (SOMETHING I'VE NEVER DONE).I find it difficult to believe he is employed for the dealership. In 1995 I purchased a 2500 Ram (Cumins) from there (still drive it) and will not return for another vehicle if Gary T. is still employed (I don't need the stress. If you shop there, I hope Gary is not involved in your negotiations. More

Review of new Chrysler 300S purchase. The purchase of our new Chrysler 300S was a very positive experience. We initially chose Carl Burger Auto Group, because it is close to our home, and The purchase of our new Chrysler 300S was a very positive experience. We initially chose Carl Burger Auto Group, because it is close to our home, and could provide a desired convenience. Our first contact was with Jack Ford. He was very courteous, listened to our desires and requirements for a new car. He responded to our questions, and was very knowledgeable. After narrowing down what we were looking for, he brought in Brian Hickenberg. Brian conducted a search, and found exactly what we were looking for. Both Jack and Brian worked with us on the "deal", until we were satisfied with all of the details. They could not have been nicer. Fernando Vidana handled the sales contract, and did an excellent job. He explained every part of the contract to our satisfaction, and did it in a timely manner. We did not want to pick the car up for several days, and they kept it until we were ready. When we did pick it up, Jack, Brian, and Fernando were all there. Jack did a wonderful job of schooling us on the features of the car, and how to use them. He also assured us that if we ever had any questions or concerns, he would be there to help us. Brian and Fernando also assured us of the same thing. From start to finish, we were impressed with Carl Burger Auto Group, and most especially with Jack, Brian, and Fernando. We look forward to a continuing relationship, and are excited about our new red car!! More

2017 Wrangler Chief I came in for a routine oil change and the wait was 2-3 hours. I walked around the lot and stopped by the Wrangler Chief. Marc approached me and asked I came in for a routine oil change and the wait was 2-3 hours. I walked around the lot and stopped by the Wrangler Chief. Marc approached me and asked if I was interested in the vehicle. I told him my car was getting serviced and I wasn't looking to make a purchase. He advised, since I was waiting, we could crunch some numbers. While I was waiting, Abel introduced himself and asked what he could do to help me walk out with the new vehicle. I told him I could not go higher than my previous payments, and a fairly low down payment as I would be trading in my vehicle. Abel came back with the approval of the Sales Manager and we closed the deal. I then waited for Fernando in Finance, I had worked with him previously with the purchase of my 2015 Wrangler. He wrapped up the paperwork fairly quickly and I was on my way. I always enjoy my visits to Carl Burger, which is why I am a loyal customer. More

Very helpful to say for me to call him when my car is ready from the shop & he will pick me up.Sam also said he would take care of the car to make sure its clean & perfect.Also a gas card. Very nice. Trade In My husband & myself traded our van in for a car at this dealership.The guy Sam was very arrogant & only showed us 1 car on the used lot.He was so rude My husband & myself traded our van in for a car at this dealership.The guy Sam was very arrogant & only showed us 1 car on the used lot.He was so rude to ask me if I was pregnant...when Im not.We ended up getting a car but later foundout after Sam said he would take care of us & gas up our car...he only put $15 dollars worth of gas & told us "that would get us to a gas station. During the process, he asked us where we lived I told him Santee & he said that "a lot of older people live there" Although Im happy with our car I would stay clear of this artogant person. The guy who helped us out in the finance I dont recall his name but he was a lot more welcoming & sincere & worked with us & got us a great deal. I only give this place 1 star From The "Unpregnant Customer" More
