Poor experience My husband and I were extremely disappointed with the service we received at Carl Burger Dodge. We were under the impression that we were purchasing a My husband and I were extremely disappointed with the service we received at Carl Burger Dodge. We were under the impression that we were purchasing a new 2017 Dodge Cargo van. Much to our dismay, we discovered multiple issues with this vehicle upon receipt of it. We were told it was ready to buy, but we were not made aware of the problems with the van such as a faulty battery light, fault tire pressure sensors, faulty ignition keypad, and a broken passenger drawer lock, and door locks working improperly. My husband had to take the van back to your dealership for repairs that were not disclosed to us. Mind you, this van was supposedly brand new with only 20 miles on the odometer. We were also told that the van would be filled up with gas upon purchase. Sadly, my husband had to put $20 into the tank because it had not been filled as promised. I am shocked beyond belief that your company has the audacity to sell a vehicle in this poor of condition. We are extremely disappointed with the so-called service of your dealership. As soon as I drove in the dealer (with my old Subaru Outback 09') Rafi Qilo greets me in a super enthusiastic tone and I was immediately hooked! He is honest, super nice, friendly and understanding! Walked me through the whole process. He set up the test drive, showed me the car in detail in and out! I was super stoked! After some hints and tips on how to go about my purchase/lease I was convinced this was going to be a keeper! Showed me the numbers and I liked what I saw (offer wise). Truly amazing what this guys are willing to do just to go the extra mile with ALL their customers! Offered me a great deal on a trade and ended up trading in my old Subie Outback 09'!
