There was an accidental hole drilled when they went to install the front plate and Chris Levin and JR Guerra worked to ensure that i was taken care of, and that the work was done quickly and done well on our new car. 5 Star experience. I feel that the buying experience as a whole was excellent. Al was actually the first person I met at my first visit. We were greeted by someone before we even parked the car. They directed us where to park and our salesperson, Javier, was very friendly. He did not put a lot of pressure on us, made us feel comfortable taking as much time as we needed and we were able to ask plenty of questions. We took our car out for a test drive and he allowed both my wife and I to drive. Once we decided on the car, we went in to sit in the nice open airy showroom. There was lots of natural light and we were offered drinks and snacks while we waited. Sometimes though the wait time between negotiating the price was long. We were eventually able to get to a price point that we would all be happy with. The finance office was pretty small for our taste (a little claustrophobic) but Wes in the finance department was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to us without making us feel rushed. He also allowed us time to make decisions on warranties and went above and beyond negotiating the best rate and options for us. Upon leaving the dealership the salesmen showed us how to sync our iPhones to the unconnect system. We left feeling satisfied and happy with our purchase. More

Well, me and my girlfriend have been looking for a second vehical for over two years now and we came to Carl Burger Dodge in 2011. It seemed that most of the staff was very helpful not pressuring us into buy vehical for over two years now and we came to Carl Burger Dodge in 2011. It seemed that most of the staff was very helpful not pressuring us into buying a car. They gave us time to look around and think. Things came up and the search stopped. For the past three months we have been searching and going to different dealerships, internet sites, and even tent sales. The deals were not going the way we wanted them to. At the end of December 2012, our family rented a van from Enterprise just directly across the street from the dealership. It was a 2012 dodge grand caravan with all the bells and whistles. We rented the van for seven days. It had a real smooth drive, very roomy, good on gas, and had lots of storeage. So we came back from our trip and did more research on the dodge grand caravan. we found a few that we were interested in on the carl burger website. We contacted Eric Cermeno at the dealership and he told us to come down and check out the inventory. When we got to the dealership, the first car that he showed was not the one we thought we were getting. He reassured us that there were other options and for us not to worry. He showed us other vehicals and different packages. He intoduced us to Fernando Vidana. Fernando was very helpful can conciderate to our wants and needs. We gave Eric and Fernando our budget and what we wanted to spend. With that in mind, we came to a mutual agreement was able to buy our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. They were both persistent and genuwinly courteous to us. Deal was made and it was time for the finance department. There we met Chris Selfani. He looked over the deal and found other discounts. We got more excited. All in all the experience was great and will definetly recommend this dealership to everone we know...... More
