The one person and dealer that stayed in contact with me without pestering me and answered all my questions was Christian Rincon. Christian is very knowledgeable and very truthful about the products the dealer had to offer. The sales manager Brian and Finance guy Fernando were also good. In fact Brian and Christian were very low key and we had fun making the deal vs. the stressful situation that you can encounter at other dealers. Fernando was also very friendly and accommodating while presenting the add on options like extended warranty etc I did a little research on the service as my friends own Rams and have been told the service is also good so I am expecting great things. I finally purchased a 2018 Durango RT with the SRT Appearance Package. In my opinion the best looking SUV on the market today, but I am biased as I now own one - Thanks guys. Yes this review sounds too good to be true! but believe me if it were not true you would be reading a less positive review and I am quite critical on these matters. More

I came back to try and purchase the used one we had test driven but we couldn't agree on a price. We found another dealer willing to sell a new one at a lower price than Carl Burger had advertised for the same model. We went in there to get a price on our trade. They gave us a run around and did not have the vehicle in house that we wanted. We believed we had a deal but left because we had been there over 2 hours and had someone else waiting for finance before us. I told them fax me the paperwork and I would sign it and when they got the vehicle we would come sign the original paperwork. They added more fees when they sent over the paperwork and it was not from their finance department. I called Garrett and we made a deal. Sid was waiting when I arrived to finish the deal. The team made it painless. More
