Fernando is fantastic. He had been helping me for a couple of months or so, being very patient while I test drove a couple of options. He kept me informed and set up a test drive time once my car passed the Toyota Pre-Owned certified Process. He was never pushy, but only asked questions that pertained to what I wanted. He is very personable, friendly, and very knowledgable. He anwered every question I had about the cars and knew all the technical specs I asked about mostly from memory.
