I am so upset with my experience purchasing my Honda passport. I was told that I was going to get a rate at 5% 5.5.4 something then when it came down to the paperwork, cause I went in the office with th passport. I was told that I was going to get a rate at 5% 5.5.4 something then when it came down to the paperwork, cause I went in the office with the business manager, we was doing all the checks and everything and we were going through things so quickly I couldn’t verify everything but when I got my paperwork, my interest rate was 7% so number one they lied to me on I told him that I also wanted five years and they put it for six years. They lied to me on that. Would I recommend Brandon Honda to someone know I would not you guys are horrible horrible and I really think that they took advantage of me and then they didn’t wanna do anything to help when I told him I wanted to bring the car car back. It was like oh no, you can’t do that. You can’t do that. You already brought it. Listen they scammed me. I’m very upset with this dealership and I need information of who’s in charge so I can send them an official letter registered mail to let them know how unsatisfied and scrupulous practices that they’re doing there. I also told them that I have my own financing but they didn’t wanna take that my financing was due USAA. They didn’t want to take that because they said they don’t do business with USAA why I don’t know USAA is a very very replicable company that serves the US military and family and spouses why they didn’t take that I don’t understand but I’m just so over this whole deal for what I purchased, I paid too much for this vehicle and it doesn’t even have leather seats in it. It’s a plain chain, and you can look at my loan. You can look at everything and you can see that I was had. I was bamboozled. I was hoodwinked and I’m very very upset. So everyone that touched my deal I have nothing nothing positive to say about any of them. I was hoodwink. I was bamboozled too much. I paid for this vehicle. See I’m not even giving it one star I’m giving it no stars to everybody. I don’t know the guy’s name. Fernando was one he gets zero he gets zero stars also very unhappy customer with Brandon Honda. I will shout that from the rooftop. I will tell all my family and friends. I will put it on yelp. Everything do not ever buy a car from Brandon Honda. They don’t look out for the customer at all I know you’re supposed to make some kind of money as a dealership, but I was bamboozled. More

I recently purchased the new 2026 Honda CR-V from Brandon Honda, and the experience was excellent. The dealership is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Michael Vazquez, my Relations Honda, and the experience was excellent. The dealership is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Michael Vazquez, my Relationship Manager, was professional, patient, and truly focused on helping me find the right vehicle. His years of experience in the automotive industry were evident in how smoothly the process went. The 2026 Honda CR-V itself is a fantastic SUV—spacious, tech-savvy, and fuel-efficient. I especially appreciate the upgraded 9-inch infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay, and the smooth ride quality. Honda continues to deliver on reliability and comfort, and this model is no exception. Highly recommend both Brandon Honda and Michael Vazquez if you're in the market for a new vehicle. More

Absolutely Do Not Recommend Brandon Honda – Ongoing Safety Issues & Dishonest Service I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from Fernando at Brandon Honda on October 25, 2024. Within the first week, I had Safety Issues & Dishonest Service I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord from Fernando at Brandon Honda on October 25, 2024. Within the first week, I had to return the car twice due to a strong gas smell and an ant infestation. While the dealership resolved the ant issue, the gas odor persisted. I was told a fuel pump was replaced the same day, but that turned out to be false—my service advisor later confirmed no work was actually done. A month later, the electronic parking brake (E-brake) warning light started coming on intermittently, affecting the interior dome lights. Despite the brake still functioning, I was repeatedly turned away due to service being “closed on weekends,” which is the only time I can visit due to work. When I finally got the vehicle in on April 23, 2025, I explained the issue clearly. Hours later, I was told the E-brake had activated during their inspection, and they could not release it. I was forced to pay for the repair on the spot or risk not getting my car back. I’m a single mother—this was not an option. Even after paying, the light and dome light issue persisted. Another advisor claimed coffee was spilled into the E-brake mechanism. I don’t drink coffee. Two weeks later, the E-brake warning light came back on, and I was told the new repair would cost $5,000. Despite repeated requests, they have not provided the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) inspection report I’m entitled to. I was told they only visually check the E-brake button during inspections—not the internal components. That’s unacceptable and dangerous. I’ve spoken with multiple service advisors and even the general manager, Justin Jared. I was promised call-backs that never came. No one is taking accountability, and now I’m stuck with a vehicle that has ongoing electrical and brake system issues, which puts my children and me at risk. Do not trust Brandon Honda. They pushed me into a sale, gave false information, failed to follow warranty and CPO standards, and are now ignoring a serious safety issue. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far away. More
