Eyad, Justin and John were all pleasant and professional throughout. Justin used all the levers he could find to reduce the cost to a level I could accept. . I appreciate his effforts. I also appreciated that John in Finance didn't pressure me to buy optional coverage - offered it, enthusiatically explained benefits, but no pressure to buy. And it was nice to get a follow-up call from Jessica after the sale. I wish the car buying experience wasn't so onerous but it is with every dealership. More

Also, I agreed to a monthly payment amount before going to finance and when I got to finance he had a different amount. I refused it so he went back to the originally agreed upon amount. More
