My brand new Genesis had black handprints on the inside one above the door and another black handprint on the back seat. The delivery was fine except for the little 20 year old driver rolling down my newly one above the door and another black handprint on the back seat. Was not impressed with the service department. More

The experience was very good, with the exception of quite of bit of wait time. We were at the dealership 4 1/2 hours. Most of the wait time was waiting to get into finance.
