This was the first time at your dealership. I usually get serviced in Hampton. This was by far the best experience I've had since buying my Pallisade. Very informative and courteous. Was charged over 200$ for recall repair which was supposed to be done with at no charge. My check engine light came on on 02/13/2025 and I had my vehicle scanned via auto zone that following day whic supposed to be done with at no charge. My check engine light came on on 02/13/2025 and I had my vehicle scanned via auto zone that following day which I received the following diagnostic: p1326 code dealing with knock sensor. Looked up the code which dealt with a current recall and brought in my vehicle into the dealership. Upon arriving, the associate seemed uninterested in helping me or answering any of my concerns. I was initially told I had to make a appointment in order to be serviced and that even with making a appointment, my car still wouldn’t be serviced until a later date as the associate stated they were too booked. Once I stated my issue was a recall situation and that I’ve experienced a situation similar with another vehicle, I was then serviced. I was told after my vehicle service completion that I would be charged 200$ due to “unplugged wires” having to be replugged. When I asked if I could be shown the unplugged wires as I was unfamiliar with what the associate was claiming and wanted to confirm for myself, I was told I was not allowed in the work area but that my vehicle would be repaired and ready in under two hours time. I was charged for a service which was supposed to be of no charge and I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. More
