Generally, the advisors do a decent job of communicating while the car is being serviced. I was told I would receive a call if anything came up in addition to my scheduled service. When trying to call back using the toll free number it is almost never answered which adds to frustration - this has happened on different occasions. You need to call the regular number instead.
