Yes. I would like to be refunded for the extra add-on of a tracking device that does not exist.
I would like to be refunded for the 10 year extended warranty which is only 6 years and while we are at it the extra service contact i was charged. Are you willing to do that?
I am a disabled senior and feel like I was taken advantage of.

The accusation of my team lying is very serious and from what I have read extremely inaccurate. The reason i know this is because everything is disclosed and confirmed on product disclosure page on all agreements.
The finance team is trained to go over all product options for you and YOU choose what is best for you.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY, that would be YOUR CHOICE.
The tracking device is a new and state of the art. It allows you to track your vehicle as well as your keys. You know where your car is 24/7 and are in complete control. Do you know how much a new set of keys are?
The warranty on any new vehicle especially an electric is limited, however with an extended warranty you receive much more coverage and piece of mind.
As for they "TRY to sell you UNNECSARY" products, if you feel you don't need dent repair, windshield, tire and wheel protection, again you don't need to buy it, again they are trained to offer you all products. here it the best part, YOU GET TO DECIDE, if you want it or not. If you live in California then you may have an understanding of our roads and the hazards we dodge everyday.
I know BRIAN and ERIKA personally and they would never try to deceive anyone especially over products that most of our customers buy and are pleased with the peace of mind when something does occur.
