The service is good, Erica is a great representative. However the past two times my car has been gone in for normal maintenance,it has had to go right back to the dealer for pretty big issues. Things that would be found in a 2 mile test drive. They have dealt with it really well, but I have low efficacy when it comes to the quality of automotive service. Very frustrating when an oil change leads to your car overheating and a 2 night stay. More
