I would actually make the rating a final score of 4. 5. My only concern is that all there a lot of people there that know what they're doing but their are still a few people there that don't know what th 5. What I mean by "don't know what they're doing" I mean that they don't explain correctly and clearly what the problem is or how it's going to be solved, etc. But when I talk to a supervisor and manager, I get all the Answers that I need in a very professional manner. My only other dissatisfaction is that it takes way too long to get certain parts and it seems like half the time parts are around a one or two week back order or more. More

Was there 3 times, for multiple days, and told work was done that was clearly not. they told me different info than on the paper work. I was sent to Greco on rt 46. Greco said Joyce should have called and done that was clearly not. they told me different info than on the paper work. I was sent to Greco on rt 46. Greco said Joyce should have called and set the appointment up. All the employees there are really nice at both locations and I wasn’t charged, but definitely wasted my time. And took a month to actually fix the issue (Greco fixed it in less than a day) More
