Excellent experience from the get go. Eric Francke was my first contact via an email inquiry simply to learn more about the Toyota Sienna. He did not pounce on me and send me a ton of unsolicited emails, but very quickly and succinctly answered each of my questions. When I was ready to get a quote, he provided me with a fair number and was upfront about what was included (ex. destination charge) and what was not (doc fees, tax, title etc.). My family worked with Socrates Lubin in sales. Socrates is relatively new to sales, but he has quickly moved up the learning scale and is quite knowledgeable about the features of a Sienna. He is very friendly and personable, without an ounce of the stereotypical car salesmen smooze/sleeze that too often pervades the industry. The initial quote for our trade-in was very low, and we expressed this to Mark Mcelroy, one of the sales managers. Mark, like Eric and Socrates, was very upfront, professional and friendly. We let him know that we were looking to receive a trade in quote on the high end of the Kelly Blue Book range for our trade in, and he met us there. We were clear before we even came in for our appointment that we were going to be visiting several Toyota dealers that day, and that decision was respected by the folks at Toyota of Braintree (we did not get the "what can we do to keep you here" pitch that we received everywhere else despite our equally clear intentions to have our trade in appraised at multiple places). We visited a total of three other dealers and came back to Toyota of Braintree because (1) the bottom line price was competitive with every other dealer, (2) the convenience of picking the dealer closest to our home and (3) we had the most positive experience with this team. Although Toyota of Braintree's price was not the lowest, the fantastic customer service that we received from Eric, Socrates and Mark brought us back and that is why we purchased our Sienna from Toyota of Braintree. As part of the closing process, we met with Bill Detellis in accessories and Walace Langame in finance. Both were excellent as well. We are very happy with our purchase and we will gladly recommend Toyota of Braintree to our friends. More

He listened with his ears and not his mouth while educating me as to the varied and comprehensive details of my purchase with clarity and honesty. He knows Toyotas very well and his confidence in the operations and details of purchasing a new car is comendable. From quickly arriving at a fair sales price, inroduction to financing, dealing with the insurance company, service preparation and ensuring the car was in top shape for delivery, Sunny was highly responsive and attentive to my requests. Eric puts the "Care" in Customer Care Specialist and Kenny made sure that things kept moving. Overall, I'd recommend Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree to anyone that is looking to get treated like you're buying the highest priced car on the lot, even when you're actually buying a terrific low mileage 5 year old Corolla. I had an incredible experience buying my certified pre-owned Camry at Toyota of Braintree yesterday. After being shafted at Expressway Toyota I called up Braintree and Eric too great care of us. My mom and I were starving so Rubens and Arthur A. picked us up a sandwich on their lunch break to hold us over while we were there. And as it turned out John, my finance manager, is a friend of mine from college. I went to two mother dealerships first, I wish I has know how awesome Toyota of Braintree was first. Hoping to get a deal we could afford, we arrived and were greeted by Eric, the friendly internet manager - very easy going and a pleasure to talk to. He introduced us to Rubens, a very gracious and knowledgeable associate who showed us the cars and worked with us. Knowing our credit wasn't the best, we made our offer hoping for a way to get it done. Rubens got us very close however it was still a bit tight. Enter Bob Keough, the sales manager. He asked a few questions and came up with a creative solution - our Toyota Lease in trade. We didn't know it could be done. But Bob did - and he was able to put together a great deal for us that really saved us money. No other dealer had the know-how nor spent the effort that Bob Keough did for us. Well, we could only get there late friday afternoon to sign the papers - the least desirable time to work late - and it looked like the chances were slim for completion that day... To our amazement, the team pulled together to contact the insurance company, present & sign our papers, and run all registry papers through in the nick of time so that we had our plates to drive away that night! Wow! Needless to say, we're very impressed with their helpfulness and willingness to find creative ways to win our business. We salute this dealership and all the gracious people who work there.
