By far the best car-buying experience I've had, or even witnessed. Eric Francke saw me through the early stages of buying a car from a distance, and Sunny helped me on the day I came to pick my new ca even witnessed. I had spent all day shopping for different vehicles and was burnt out. I called the dealership and spoke with Erik and told him what I was looking for. He was very helpful and did not give me the run around I had received elsewhere. I came in and Erik was with a customer but had arranged for Ian to take care of me. Erik had already explained to Ian what I needed and Ian was ready to help the moment I walked in the door. Ian put everything into motion and helped speed along the process of leasing the vehicle that was right for me. He respected my choice of vehicle and did not pressure me to buy a more expensive model or add on features that I did not want or need. This was very refreshing compared to all my prior visits to car dealerships. From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt as if I was buying a car from a friend and not a salesperson. The price was excellent too. There was no haggling at all. The price they presented to me was almost $200 a month less expensive than the price originally presented to me at a rival dealership earlier in the day. I will highly recommend Ian and the entire staff to anyone I know looking to get a new vehicle. More

Kaitlyn was wonderful to work with. No pressure and very helpful. The other employees were all pleasant and fair, even honored a price reduction on vehicle at the onset of the purchase. This is the first Toyota I purchased from Tufankjian. My family had purchased 5 Toyotas from ANOTHER dealer and when I returned to purchase this car, they were rude . I felt pressured and they "played the car game" bringing in the salesman, a manager and then another manager . When I arrived, the person I had the appointment with was not there, the cars I wanted to see took 30 minutes to find. I felt pressured and did not feel like a valued customer. I was also told that If I wanted more for my trade in, I would have to pay sticker price ! Needless to say, I walked out ! When I went to Tufankjian, I immediately felt like a valued customer. I met with Eric who introduced me to Erwin. He took his time with me, explained the different options and how they worked in every car I wanted to see. I never felt pressured or rushed and felt like a valued customer ! I found every employee to be genuinely polite, friendly and helpful. Although I feel I should have gotten more for my trade in ( don't we all) I am extremely satisfied . My family will not hesitate to return to Tufankjian when the next car is purchased. They did everything they could do to meet my requests . Erwin is the best !! More

First let me say that the whole buying experience was exceptional. The sales staff I worked with, Jessica Colanino and Eric Francke made me feel comfortable from researching vehicles on their website to exceptional. The sales staff I worked with, Jessica Colanino and Eric Francke made me feel comfortable from researching vehicles on their website to picking up my new vehicle a couple days later. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed and will definitely recommend this dealership to others who are looking to purchase a vehicle. Another note: The first time I visited the dealership a couple sales staff walked up and asked me if I was already being helped, which they should as it's their job. I already had an appointment with another salesperson and once I said that one of the sales reps who originally came up to me brought me to a spot off the floor so I could wait for my appointment without constantly being approached. That is a sign of a great dealership and a strong sales team. More
