Upon entering, I was greeted by Kenny Tempro, who quickly addressed my needs and introduced me to a sales consultant, Paul Sines. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty. He worked to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and communication was excellent! While working out a deal, Bob Keough also came over. Bob was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Finally I met with Walace Langame in the Finance Department, who was wonderful to work with. Never once during the process of making this purchase did I feel as if any of them were pushing me to sign just to score a sale. The team worked wonderfully together and I left feeling like I had an awesome deal and every question was answered! I highly recommend this dealership. They are not your typical run of the mill scam artists of a dealership. They work hard to ensure the customer is satisfied and happy! I recently purchased a 2014 RAV 4 Limited as a Birthday present to myself. The moment I met Erwin Amboy my Sales consultant with his great smile and warm and friendly personality, I knew I was in the righ present to myself. Not only did he make me feel welcome and comfortable, he was very informative and patient answering all my questions. He also made sure I knew how to work everything in my car before I drove off the lot, and told me I could call him anytime I had a question,(where else does that happen). Mark McElroy, Sales Manager was very easy to work with, both he, Erwin and myself enjoyed a few laughs and he gave me a price I was happy with. Eric Francke, Customer Care Specialist stopped by to check on me and make sure I was being taken care of and that all my needs were being met. When the time came to finalize my purchase I met with Don Richmond, Business Manager. He welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable as well, and even though it was after closing he took the time to explain and make sure I understood the extended warranty and interest rates. When I picked up my car the next day everyone wished me a Happy Birthday which made me feel so special. I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience at Tufankjian Toyota, instead of 5's I should be giving 10's. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. After months of doing research on the internet, my computer kept bringing me back to Toyota of Braintree. With all my information and knowledge in my head, I bravely entered the dealership, a "lone w computer kept bringing me back to Toyota of Braintree. With all my information and knowledge in my head, I bravely entered the dealership, a "lone woman." In the back of my mind, I thought I would be treated like an un-informed easy target. However, I was so kindly greeted by Kenny Tempro who spoke with me like an intelligent person, no corny tag lines, etc. I was immediately impressed and decided to take the second step. Enter my salesperson, Arthur Araujo. Again, not condescending at all, very friendly, put me at ease, and his extensive knowledge of the vehicles was truly impressive. Arthur was very patient as I dragged him around the floors of the dealership looking for the RAV 4 I knew I would love as soon as I saw it. Arthur also delivered. Fell in love with this RAV, knew we would be having a long and loving relationship and no pressure from Arthur to steer me towards another vehicle. He was interested in making me happy, not his bottom line. I must also give a shut out to Eric Francke for his input which made a decision I was pondering much easier to make, Bob Hadges whose patience and professionalism made a long process quite relaxing, and Mark McElroy for bringing up the rear. These are my reasons why I have given this dealership the highest ratings available. I will keep my promise to all my new family members at Tufankjian and will recommend any friends or family member interested in a Toyota or Scion to this delightful dealership. More
