Love Ford. This dealership is only about numbers and pushing you in and out without any communication. They could care less the quality of service and the lev This dealership is only about numbers and pushing you in and out without any communication. They could care less the quality of service and the level of disregard reaches new levels of any company I have ever dealt with, avoid at all cost. Endless calls being put on hold for 15-30 minutes only to have to hang up. Zero willingness to correct their mistakes. A very poorly managed service department that really doesn't care about customer service, or the simplest of task and doing things right. RUN.............. More

I came for the Works deal and told them my brakes were making noise. They did great with the works and agreed I needed new rear brakes but they couldn’t get me in until 12/16 which was too long so I took making noise. When my longtime Ford dealer closed-down permanently, I was forced to choose an alternative. Having had a negative experience at Boucher Ford several years ago, I was reluctant to entrust them with my vehi was forced to choose an alternative. Having had a negative experience at Boucher Ford several years ago, I was reluctant to entrust them with my vehicles again. But, being much closer to my location, I decided to give them another chance. The assignment was routine service-type work on both vehicles, plus a few recalls which had accumulated for my 2022 Maverick. For the Maverick, I availed myself of Boucher Ford's ''Valet Service'...which worked great. My experience interacting with personel actually at the Boucher facility is where things didn't go as well as they always had at my old dealership. In order to proceed, I had to speak with a couple different Service Techs, and a rather elaborate "check-in process" took place...including the taking of 360-degrees of photos all around my vehicle. It was all very unexpected and time consuming. Furthermore, the Service-Order writer seemed unfamiliar, particularly with sorting-out the recalls work. So much time was spent with all this (to me, extraordinary) procedural work, that I wasn't sure just WHAT I had signed-up for. To be fair, the work was done fairly quickly...but when taking delvy upon completion, I noticed that the Mechanic had not reset the oil-change monitor. He came out immediately and did-so, but clearly not happy about it. Not nasty, but he made a point to impress upon me "how simple it is to do". It made me wonder if he might have overlooked anything else? The next closest Ford dealer is nearly 20-mi distant, and I have never dealt with them. But I think that, the next time I need service on my vehicles, I will give them a try. More

People are friendly but on two separate occasions I have ordered accessories through the parts department.Both items I had to call to see if they were in yet,only to find they have been at the dealer for da ordered accessories through the parts department.Both items I had to call to see if they were in yet,only to find they have been at the dealer for days! But alas no courtesy call to inform me.! More
