I had just bought this 2019 rx 350 from a Lexus dealer in Canada. Drive it to Florida and the brakes started to make a clicking sound (not grinding) when the brakes were applied. Your technician said I needed new rotars and pads! When I bought the car I asked specifically about the brakes and they said they had half a life left. I had you go ahead with the repairs simply to be assured for safety reasons, but I really feel like I was upsold. Your rep recommended changing my wipers for $120 (seriously). Obviously I did not go ahead. I have had my oil changed here twice and very comfortable and happy with your service but the brakes were too much! More
