He followed all the details, on schedule, excellent communication skills, kept me informed on the delivery schedule and readiness of the Sienna for pickup. Chris made of video of sienna and emailed me few days before the pickup date. He puts customer first, no pressure of any kind. I drove from Pennsylvania to Vermont to pickup Sienna. I enjoyed working with Chris, Ed Larkin, and Patrick Weeks at Heritage Toyota, all are friendly, customer focused and served me very well.
