Chris made of video of sienna and emailed me few days before the pickup date. He puts customer first, no pressure of any kind. I drove from Pennsylvania to Vermont to pickup Sienna. I enjoyed working with Chris, Ed Larkin, and Patrick Weeks at Heritage Toyota, all are friendly, customer focused and served me very well.
