Donna is awesome! She informs you of everything they're going to do, gives frequent updates, via text, and explains everything that was done. She's the best. I have to admit, I miss the car wash after every service. It was a nice way they said thank you, since we could have this done anywhere. With COVID-19 and the distancing that needs to take place, I'm not sure why everyone had to cram into one waiting area and the other TV area was roped off with the TV on, and you couldn't access it. Every time I get service here, I am told how “unsafe” my vehicle is because I do not get the expensive recommendations or need an inspection which I opt to do at a different provider. I should not be berate vehicle is because I do not get the expensive recommendations or need an inspection which I opt to do at a different provider. I should not be berated as if my vehicle which is safe is not being serviced there or as the woman, Donna , put it “illegal to be on the road and unsafe” which it is not. This most recent time was just after the lockdown which Penndot extended and gave permission for any vehicle to be expired due to everything being locked down. I do not appreciate the condescending attitude and then pressured into further service not required to pass inspection or emissions. I did appreciate the new valet service provided since the Covid , I am not going anywhere risking my employment exposing myself and family going anywhere nit work or medical. More

I love Hyundai cars and the maintenance service provided by Colonial Hyundai. My only regret is about the Term Care Platinum Plus policy I bought for my leasing period. I was told it would cover everything by Colonial Hyundai. My only regret is about the Term Care Platinum Plus policy I bought for my leasing period. I was told it would cover everything with the maintenance, but it actually covered only the broken parts. I suggest to be clear with your next customers about what it is included in this policy. More

Got easy service during COVID time, No wait! Never thought getting my Sonata serviced during COVID time so easy. Car was picked up from home and after service brought back home.
