In your case, based on your feedback, it seems that we needed to maybe make the suggestions more transparent since you were not here with your vehicle. Typically, when clients are with the car at the service visit, here at the dealership, we have a chance to show them what's needed/suggested. In that case, it's easier to make confident decisions. We additionally have software that will allow us to send you images of the suggestions. I can also check into that to confirm that we in fact recorded images of the suggestions once we speak. If you don't mind, please reach out to me directly and I can provide some clarity and we can put together an approach to get your car through the suggestions we made.
