This dealership is the absolute worst ever! Been dealing with them over a month to get the catalytic converter fixed under warranty! They say it’s a sensor not under warranty. I took it to C&J Been dealing with them over a month to get the catalytic converter fixed under warranty! They say it’s a sensor not under warranty. I took it to C&J Auto and they did a smoke test to determine there is a leak where converter connects to manifold. You can smell it and hear it when the hood is up! I go back to Bush Hyundai after trying to communicate for 9 days with no reply! So I go to the service department and show them smoke test results and question why no one replied. The supervisor comes out and tells me he doesn’t like my attitude! I said I’m asking a question. What kind of service department doesn’t reply? Then he tells me I only come there for free stuff. That I’ve never spent any money there! I said I was there for the warranty. Then he tells me he read my review and it wasn’t good. I said you didn’t fix it. He also said that I wasn’t getting any money for the smoke test I paid for at C&J! I’m just shaking my head at this guy. Unbelievable! So after checking the car out again Bush Hyundai said that the converter is assembled correctly. I said did you look at the smoke test? You can smell it and hear the hissing. They said I can pick up my keys with the cashier. So I’m back to C&J to get it fixed and documented. I have a friend there. And it’s likely I will be seeing Bush Hyundai in court!!!! More
