The oil change was done quickly and efficiently they also called me prior to Changing my filters in my car as they were greatly needed. it was also good that the service checkout counter was open later than called me prior to Changing my filters in my car as they were greatly needed. it was also good that the service checkout counter was open later than the service center so I could come in after work pay my bill and retrieve my car. While dropping my car off, the attendant pointed to the person behind the counter to drop my keys. Donna looked up and said Hi Vicki I will check you in, even thought she was very busy. Not only did Donna know my name, my car, she also remembered that We use Synthetic Oil! With all her customers how did she remember that! She has always been professional, caring, and funny! Solid and quick work! Always explain what's needed and are accurate with the cost. This is about the third time my family has used Colonial Hyundai and we've always been happy with the outcome.
