Dealer contacted me for recall service. I asked for rear end oil change too. This was agree to via email and again at service counter. Also asked for maintenance reminders in car to be clea I asked for rear end oil change too. This was agree to via email and again at service counter. Also asked for maintenance reminders in car to be cleared. This was also agreed to. Picked up car at 4:15 and oil change was not done. Derrick said it was his fault, then tried ti deflect by informing that oil change was not due till 80K. I asked for it to be done on my schedule not anyone else's. More

I made an appointment, told them what was wrong with the vehicle and it took them 2 hours just to tell me there indeed was an oil leak. I already knew that, that's what I made the appointment for.
