It’s been confusing the past few times asking for service. Mainly around my fires. Everytime I’m being told that balance, rotation, and alignment isn’t something that can be done because i have custo service. Mainly around my fires. It would be ideal to get everything done at once. I brought my 2013 Wrangler in for warranty repairs on a two-year-old engine on July 14 and didn't get it back until August 22. During that time I received occasional assurances from service adviser Eliza Soderberg that service techs were "about to" get started on my Jeep only to go a week or two between additional communication. My texts were ignored, emails unanswered and phone calls to the dealership were simply an exercise in frustration (I have memorized their on-hold music). I finally reached out to other regional Jeep dealers and they were at a loss to explain why it was taking so long for a relatively routine repair. One dealer suggested I get Jeep's customer care people involved and once I did my Jeep was ready the next day. Never again, Seattle Jeep. More
