I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with the customer service I received following my vehicle purchase. Initially, I was impressed with the service provided before I made my purchase with the customer service I received following my vehicle purchase. Initially, I was impressed with the service provided before I made my purchase. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which made my decision to buy much easier. However, after completing the transaction, my experience took a disappointing turn. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have encountered several challenges with customer service. There seems to be a noticeable lack of communication between the dealer and the shop, which has led to misunderstandings and frustration on my end. I found it difficult to get timely and accurate information regarding my vehicle, which is crucial for ensuring a smooth ownership experience. I believe effective communication and customer support are vital in building lasting relationships with customers. I hope my feedback can help identify areas for improvement, ensuring that future customers have a better experience post-purchase. More

It’s been confusing the past few times asking for service. Mainly around my fires. Everytime I’m being told that balance, rotation, and alignment isn’t something that can be done because i have custo service. Mainly around my fires. Everytime I’m being told that balance, rotation, and alignment isn’t something that can be done because i have custom tires. However this last time i was told that it can be done. It would be ideal to get everything done at once. The only issue i had with this last visit was the cost for a simple tire alignment. $300 dollars is almost 3x the cost of when i have gotten it done anywhere else More

If you can do without your vehicle for a month, enjoy spotty and often nonexistent communication and relish getting the runaround, then Seattle Jeep's service department is just the place for you! I brought my 2013 Wrangler in for warranty repairs on a two-year-old engine on July 14 and didn't get it back until August 22. During that time I received occasional assurances from service adviser Eliza Soderberg that service techs were "about to" get started on my Jeep only to go a week or two between additional communication. My texts were ignored, emails unanswered and phone calls to the dealership were simply an exercise in frustration (I have memorized their on-hold music). I finally reached out to other regional Jeep dealers and they were at a loss to explain why it was taking so long for a relatively routine repair. One dealer suggested I get Jeep's customer care people involved and once I did my Jeep was ready the next day. Never again, Seattle Jeep. More
