I have been leasing and purchasing BMW's since 2020 from this dealership. They are absolutely amazing on every level. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I was sent a reminder text. I was greeted immediately upon my appointment arrival, service had my paperwork on hand. I was asked if i needed any assistance when I entered the service department. I was assigned a driver to take me home. His name was Ben and he quickly obtained a vehicle to take me home. He provided his card and told me to call him when the dealership called and said that my car was ready. He went over the work that was done to my car with me. The car looked great. Very happy with the service at Fort Washington BMW. Highly recommend. More
