One employee was excellent , Josh in the service department . He went out of his way to help me. Another , Dee, just told me I would have to pay for a diagnostic test for every question I asked, department . He went out of his way to help me. Another , Dee, just told me I would have to pay for a diagnostic test for every question I asked, then Josh helped me fix it. When I picked my car up, they didn’t tell me that they didn’t rotate the tires. I didn’t know it until I got home and my husband saw that on the receipt. I should have checked the RECEIPT but I have never experienced a “non rotation of the tires. I called back and they told me why but my concern is that the back tires will wear out and need replacement. But maybe it is safer to drive with the good ones on the front. More
