I have lived in town for 20 years, have been using this dealership all along. They have been great. Prompt and answered all my questions and concerns. I came to Flemington during the pandemic and got a fair deal, but afterwards I learned that the service is above and beyond once you have one of their cars. Tom took good care of me when I picked up my new vehicle. I was in a time crunch and he proactively ensured I could complete the necessary steps, go over the vehicle and get on my way as soon as possible. From the outset, they demonstrated a commitment to not just addressing my concern but ensuring that the solution was complete and successful. Even when it meant taking extra steps and additional time to rectify the issue with my vehicle, their dedication to getting it right was evident. When I purchased my automobile, the salesperson assured me that they have a white-glove servicing center. I initially assumed it was a sales pitch, but it is now evident that the Flemington BMW service department operates with a high standard of excellence, and this makes all the difference. More

I have been a BMW customer at this dealership for approximately 8 years, and have purchased 4 vehicles there. I had an issue with my service contract. I didn’t realize It expired a few months ago. approximately 8 years, and have purchased 4 vehicles there. I had an issue with my service contract. I didn’t realize It expired a few months ago. I had brought my car in for a brake job, and was surprised to learn my service contract had expired a few months ago. I was upset, because I wasn’t clear about the language in the contract. I was contacted by the finance manager Noha, who worked out an agreeable solution , and also extended my service plan at a fair price. I appreciate her taking the initiative and contacting me to help resolve my issue. More
