So I was just checking kbb values on my car and I guess they sent my info to these guys. I told them that and the only I would even consider was a GR Corolla. Which prior to this I was never able to find or drive one. To my surprised they said yes come on in. The car was ready for me and everything went smoothly until pricing. I was already aware since covid they been add xx charges to all their cars but they also dont make up for that with their trade numbers. they offered me less then the offers i got and added 1400$ on their car. eventually they honored part of the online price but we were still about 1000-2000$ apart. No manger got involved and that happens alot here. They are usually atleast professional but the added charges and lack of desire to make a sale are deal breakers. I was hoping to finalize something since we werent too far off. But no follow up. PS note after i checked the insurance i foundout the gr corolla has an insanely high insurance rate. And i am 46 with clean license. More

For 15 + years I’ve leased all my cars from DCH Toyota. Went in August, 2023 to purchase a used car for my 16 year old. When Dave- sales manger would not lower his price at all. Two weeks later the car was still on the lot now $2000 lower than the original price. At the same time I was looking at the purchase the 2024 Grand Highlander. His prices were insane. After all these years of doing business with you you with think you would give me a great deal. Nope you were being greedy. Bc of your greed last you you lost the sale of my daughters car. She went to Newburgh Toyota. Now you lost me as a customer. I have 4 other kids in my family all driving Toyota’s. Thanks to your greed Newburgh Toyota will get all of our business.
