When I went to pick up my truck, I noticed two unexpected charges including a $46 credit card usage fee and a $25 fee for disposal of my old tires. I was never informed of these fees. I have spoken to the Service rep and to the Service manager numerous times via phone and texts. I was told “we will make this right and mail you a check for reimbursement of these charges “ but it’s been a month and I have not received anything but lip service!

It was not for a routine service, it was an issue that you guys have not fixed nor have done anything that you have promised to do. All i ever hear I will call you back when I speak to the manager. I have talked a manager at every level of your dealership and all have failed/lied.

After waiting over a week for parts to come in, I had to call them to check on their status. I was then told I had to wait two weeks as the only guy who could do the work would be on vacation. Ultimately, the work the do is satisfactory. I believe the dealership management , not the staff, needs to wake up and get more involved in improving the customer service and satisfaction issues.
