Dealer scratched my vehicle in the process. It took the 3 months to get my car fixed. I called week after week and finally they said they had a loaner car. Called to make plans and all the sudden the loaner car had a broken windshield. I made it known I was very disappointed in the way they had been treating me. Finally they offered to pay for a rental car so they could have my vehicle and make the necessary paint repair.

The service advisor did a great job, the Technician was
terrible, I don't think he ever worked on a Dodge Charger, the Technician damage the inside console, the ordered a new, than he couldn't replace with
terrible, I don't think he ever worked on a Dodge Charger, the Technician damage the inside console, the ordered a new, than he couldn't replace with all the parts, I had to mention some parts were missing, so after more than a week for something very simple to get fix turn into a nightmare. It is difficult to trust a dealership that don't have a qualified Technician, how can I trust a Technician that don't do the job the right way. The Service Advisor did call me and explained what happened, so she did a great job keeping me informed about my car.
It's a shame. I really thought Palmer Dodge would have a Qualified Technician that knows Dodge inside and out. I'm disappointed. But because you guys got the car fix the way it should I gave 3 stars and not one. I would recommend, but not for me. Thank you! First impression is everything. Your Technician is showing that he doesn't care about someone's property (car) , he needs a better training.
