I'm pretty happy with this dealership service area generally....but the credit card fee has me livid. Did you know the credit card agreement states that businesses take on the cost of the processing f generally....but the credit card fee has me livid. Walking around with cash (so people maybe now know it's easier to rob people at this dealership), or a check, like I'm 90 years old? Honestly. When I came last year, I was given the option to be ubered to a coffee shop. Also, I felt like last year was better for my oil change. A worker called me and wrote a list of upcoming things my car woul ubered to a coffee shop. Also, I felt like last year was better for my oil change. It made me wonder if they actually looked at my car or just changed the oil and left. I usually drive from Buckhead to come here because I trust them and I can be taken to a coffee shop. I called to make an appointment to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee for service, Sarah Jaramililo answered my call and said I could bring it Thursday morning and it would looked at by Friday. I arrived at 8 Cherokee for service, Sarah Jaramililo answered my call and said I could bring it Thursday morning and it would looked at by Friday. I arrived at 8:00 am Thursday and spoke with Sarah again. She is very friendly. I received a text within the hour stating my car had already gone through diagnosis, stated the problem and cost to fix. I approved the work I wanted done via text and my car was ready by 11:30. It was seamless and a great experience. I highly recommend Sarah and the team. More
