They keep their word. Their service Dept reached out to me when I had a problem and made it right. Can’t say how impressed I am with the Service department and with the whole operation. I own my own business, and all I can say is if I were you, I would immediately get rid of this employee. David Jurs has the lowest rating on your site for a reason, he is not only terrible at his job, bu you, I would immediately get rid of this employee. David Jurs has the lowest rating on your site for a reason, he is not only terrible at his job, but he is going to be a liability for you and cost you money. Not only is he dishonest as others are saying, he was extremely aggressive and combative towards me. His body language and the way he postured at me made me think he was honestly going to physically attack me. I get contracted to do corporate trainings and he is one of the worst people operating in a customer service capacity I've ever encountered. I love Toyota, but had he been my first experience with this auto line, I would literally never even buy another Toyota again, that is how bad he is. If the dealership doesn't do themselves a favor and fire him, then I would say as a customer, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for service, it is not worth the chance you might have to deal with him. More
