That was very important because I did not expect to buy a car (I was there to get maintenance done) so I did not have my support team present. He made me feel comfortable and supported. Relationship building is very important to me and my maintenance person Jason is a person I trust with making sure I am taken care of regarding maintenance. Steve is now the person I trust in the sales department.
