The reason I come here is David Andrews. He has told me my last couple of cars and he runs a tight ship there. They always do their best to try and accommodate me when they can. Unfortunately with this last visit they could not recreate the problem that I've been having so I'm going to have to wait for it to get worse or do it some more in order to bring it back again. I had a great overall experience at this dealership, especially with Ms. Endeya (who walked extra miles to make sure I was satisfied with my experience). I wish I could say the same thing about Mr. Yaki especially with Ms. Endeya (who walked extra miles to make sure I was satisfied with my experience). I wish I could say the same thing about Mr. Yakir, the Sales Manager. Without going into details, the entire sale was almost blown because of the way he communicated with me, just because I dared to ask for a review of my lease's numbers. I reported the incident to the General Manager because I was genuinely concerned about his behavior, receiving a sincere apology and the deal's review that I was politely asking for in the first place. Big thumbs up! More
