People are great. Place is comfortable. Work done was excellent. My disappointment was that the job was originally quoted as $500+ and came in at $762. This was to re Place is comfortable. Even with appointment it was not well communicated when appt slot starts 11am when I checked about detail inside cleaning they said it will take 6-7 hours so plan another day and also they didn’t even knew appt slot starts 11am when I checked about detail inside cleaning they said it will take 6-7 hours so plan another day and also they didn’t even knew whether I walked in or appt and inspection utility was down. Not sure if it went down just before my appointment or earlier again if any given chance about ahead of notification if it went down earlier would have avoided my 30 mins drive during office time and waited for an hour just to returned without anything , Usually it never happened in Toyota service center at north Attleboro where they have appointments sheet and keep me updated. Everyone plan and book slot just to make things done , it’s not walked in . After all returned home with no work done is big disappointment and waste of time. It would be helpful if I keep updated also representative can see what I have mentioned in during online service opt so that they can tell if it’s possible with my slot or not. More
