I’ve always been super satisfied but not this time. 40 min late getting it finished. I dropped off at 2:20 for 3pm app. I told them I had to have it at 5pm for an appointment. They told me at 517 it was ready out front with keys in it. I went out there it wasn’t there. I went to ask where it was they started looking & said we can’t find it! I waited & 2 guys started looking finally came back pointed & said oh there it is. I said umm my truck is black that one is silver. He said ohhhh continued to look at ask other ppl & I finally got my truck at 5:37pm!!! I was super late for my appointment & was stressed thinking maybe someone stole my truck since they said it was out front with keys in it I’ve always loved coming here now I’m not sure I’ll be back. $121 for that kind of service. Dason was really nice but seemed overworked. They couldn’t wash it cause car wash was broken which is fine but they didn’t vacuum either but left a dirty rag in my floor board. More

My truck was there for 2 weeks due to a hard start issue. You changed my oil, telling me that needed to be done for diagnostic purposes (though it had just been changed 200miles prior). You checked my battery & was told it was perfectly fine & to bring it back in 2K miles for a oil sample test. Today at 99,620 miles sitting on a 2‐lane bridge, my truck just died. Dead battery. I had to be towed to O'Reilly Auto Parts ($150 tow) to purchase a $300 battery. Interesting that when my truck was in your service center 2 weeks ago under warranty, I was told my battery was fine. More

I selected "yes" on reccomending the service center, but it is really a maybe. Although I trust the dealership and have bought multiple vehicles from them, I have been less than impressed with the service I it is really a maybe. Although I trust the dealership and have bought multiple vehicles from them, I have been less than impressed with the service I have recieved over the last two weeks. My truck received some bad fuel and it took two weeks to get the results and to get it fixed. Upon picking up my truck, it was not washed and they gave me less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. I had paid extra to have it towed to them, because I trusted them and I expected a little better care and response. Upon picking up my truck after the repair, on the way home there was a petroleum/oil leak that completely covered the underside of the truck. I had it towed back to them the next day and we are going on 12 days with no resolove. The communication has been lacking and I seem to have be the one to innitiate the call to get updates. Frustrating experience. More
